Seductive black currant, blackberry, dark plum, sage, and spice aromas abound from this complex, harmonious wine.
Appetizing acidity and a full texture create structure, while notes of small dark berry fruit, cocoa, coffee, earth and graphite add intrigue and persist on the finish.
Pairing ideas include veal, wild game, mushroom dishes, or aged cheese.
The 2021 season had a reduced yield, resulting in an intensely flavourful harvest. All hand-picked and crushed on the day of picking.
