Our Merlot is great with beef Bourguignon, dark cuts of turkey with cranberry sauce, and roast beef or lamb.

The 2021 season had a reduced yield, resulting in an intensely flavourful harvest. All hand-picked and crushed on the day of picking. Aged 16 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, a third of which was new.
