A powerful, stylish Syrah with aromas of savoury dark cherry, mulberry, blackberry, earth, leather, and white pepper. It toes a balanced line to a long finish.

Pair with grilled lamb chops or hard cheese.

The 2021 season had a reduced yield, resulting in an intensely flavourful harvest. Grapes are hand-picked, then hand-sorted before a very gentle pressing on the same day of picking. Aged 15 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, a third of which was new.
