An elegant and smooth cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc aged 17 months in oak barriques. Look for soft, rich notes of blackberry cobbler, black cherry, and blueberry jam, with hints of violet, licorice, vanilla and tobacco adding depth and complexity.
Serve this full-bodied red with Ribeye Steak, savoury mushroom risotto, or dark chocolate.
The 2021 season had a reduced yield, resulting in an intensely flavourful harvest. Grapes are hand-picked, then hand-sorted before a very gentle pressing on the same day of picking. Aged 17 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, 37% of which was new.
Awards: Bronze Medal, 2024 Savor NW Wine Competition; Bronze Medal, 2024 All Canadian Wine Competition
