Celebrate the flavours of summer during a magical evening of food and wine pairings with Nostalgia Wines and Cocktails & Canapés catering. 

Guests will enjoy passed canapés in the picnic area, transitioning to Nostalgia's covered pergola area for a seated meal. The mouth-watering, three-course plated dinner menu will be perfectly paired with Nostalgia’s most loved wines. Nostalgia's ownership, management and winemaking team will be on site to lead guests through the wine pairings and share our unique story with you. 

Dinner will be enjoyed with beautiful views overlooking the valley and vineyards as the sun sets to the West.

MENU:

Passed canapé is Gazpacho paired with 2022 Nostalgia Pinot Gris.

First course: a playful, upscale take on Fish & Chips, with pan roasted sable, garlic rosti, malt vinegar pearls, pea emulsion, lemon cream, dill, paired with 2021 Nostalgia Family Collection Chardonnay.

Main course: Prairie Rancher's Striploin with parsnip emulsion, local carrot mosaic, pickled shallot petals, madeira demi, chervil, paired with 2019 Nostalgia Family Collection Meritage. 

Dessert: Carmelized Chocolate Mousse, paired with Cherry Baby.
