A classic Merlot vintage from our Home Vineyard on the Black Sage Bench. Enjoy notes of ripe cherry, juicy black plum, blackberry and raspberry flooding the palate.
The texture is velvety with supple tannins lifted by fresh acidity. Its savoury cocoa, clove and butterscotch finish is part of its lasting charm.
Pair with blackened chicken on the bbq, duck confit, a pork rack or a hearty cassoulet.
Unfiltered, will contain sediment. Enjoy now or cellar to 2028. Only 174 cases made -- very low inventory remains, so this wine is now held for Recollection Wine Club members exclusively.
